Our Commitment to Independence
Rankly operates as an independent trading platform review and comparison site. To fund our research, testing, and editorial operations, we participate in affiliate marketing programs with some of the trading platforms we review.
This means that when you click on certain links on our website and open a trading account, we may receive a commission or referral fee from the broker. This does not cost you anything extra.
Importantly, this affiliate revenue does not influence our editorial content, ratings, rankings, or recommendations in any way. We rank brokers based purely on our independent testing and scoring methodology. A broker with a poor score will never be promoted favorably just because we have an affiliate relationship with them.
How Affiliate Links Work
What is an affiliate link?
An affiliate link is a special URL that contains a tracking code. When you click the link and sign up with the broker, the broker knows you came from Rankly. They may pay us a commission based on your trading volume or account opening.
Does it cost you more?
No. The spreads, commissions, and fees you pay to the broker are exactly the same whether you sign up through our link or directly. You never pay more by using our affiliate links.
Which brokers are affiliate partners?
Not all brokers we review are affiliate partners. We review and rank brokers regardless of whether we have an affiliate relationship. Some top-rated brokers on our site are not partners, and some low-rated brokers are.
How do we use affiliate revenue?
Affiliate revenue funds our research operations, pays our editorial team, covers testing costs, and allows us to keep our tools and content free for all users.
Transparency Commitments

- We disclose our affiliate relationships in our review summaries and comparison pages.
- Our editorial team is not informed of which links are affiliate links when writing reviews.
- We review and rank brokers we have no affiliate relationship with, and we rank them fairly.
